 This two bedroom house was completely remodeled in 2004. It is on a 
quiet cul de sac in a safe residential area 
 The open plan on the first floor includes fully equipped kitchen 
with indoor gas grill,large kitchen island and laundry. The 
living /dining area has a gas fireplace, TV/DVD,wireless internet and 
a sofa that can be configured as a double or twin beds. 
 The second floor has two bedrooms. The beds can be configured as two 
twins or one king in each room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. 
One bathroom has a jacuzzi. There is a TV/DVD in each bedroom. 
 All rooms are air conditioned. There is a south facing deck with 
patio furniture in the grassy back yard.
